Since no one bought this adopt I gave it away to someone on a different art site ^ w ^

I really like the hair for this adoptable!!! Anyways, I decided to go with a weather theme for this adoptable. The character is based on storms I was supposed to upload more adoptables but I'll just post one for now and see how it goes.
